TAMIU's Texas Center for Border Economic and Enterprise Development is pleased to present its Working Paper Series. These publications cover socioeconomic interdisciplinary border development research pertinent to four research lines: Economic Development, Business Competitiveness, International Trade, and Logistics Information Technology (Logistechs).

We publish these works in progress to increase knowledge and promote dialogue within TAMIU's faculty members, Ph.D. students, and other invited universities in the region. TCBEED Working Papers are available online only.
