NAFTA series

The center's research activities have resulted in a dozen technical reports on border economic issues ranging from infrastructure needs and environmental issues to the impact of NAFTA on Texas-Mexico trade relations and future business opportunities.

research fellows grant program

The goal of the Texas Center Research Fellows Grant Program is to encourage and support TAMIU faculty research activities that will produce practical and timely information that can be used by local, regional, state an national decision makers in allocating scarce resources to meet the social and economic needs of the Texas border region.
