federal Grant Assitance

funding and technical assitance for local communities

Every legislative session, Congress appropriates billions of dollars . Unfortunatelly, due to the shear volume and complexity of the grant programs, many communities are unaware of the funding and technical assistance available from the federal government.

a guide to federal domestic assistance

As part of his commitment to work with community leaders to find solutions to the many challenges our region faces, Congressman Henry Cuellar has requested Texas A&M International University to compile a guide to help navigate the many federal funding and technical assistance programs available for local communities in Texas. The purpose of the guide is to serve as a basic reference source that will assist users in identifying funding and to obtain general information on Federal assistance programs.

Access to a complete listing and description of ALL federally funded programs, assistance, and guidance about grant proposals
can be obtained by visiting the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance web site.
